Oral surgery includes the diagnosis and treatment of oral conditions that require surgical interventions. Surgical procedures in our office includes removal of wisdom teeth that are erupted. Because of their location at the back of the mouth, wisdom teeth can become decayed and need to be removed. These teeth can also cause damage to the adjacent teeth. If teeth are excessively decayed or damaged beyond repair, we can remove them with traditional surgical procedures. When teeth are not in the proper alignment, they can distort an optimal arch and need to be removed for good orthodontic outcomes. When patients are scheduled for surgical procedures in our office, the treatment they receive will be delivered in a gentle, professional manner.
